Who doesn’t need a chocolate fix every now and again?  Now you can get yours with our yummy and healthy chocolate muffin recipe.  This recipe is super easy as it only calls for two ingredients and bakes up in 20 minutes.

Skinny Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

  • 16 oz box Pillsbury® Moist Sugar-Free Supreme Cake Mix, Devil's Food
  • 15 oz can of pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray or line with muffin liners and set aside.
  2. Pour dry cake mix and pumpkin into a large bowl. Add water and stir until smooth. The mixture will be very thick but just keep stirring until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture into muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.
