Ingredients

  • 1 reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • 3 oz box Jell-O® Lime Sugar Free/Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert
  • 15 oz Chobani® Greek Yogurt Blended Key Lime
  • 8 oz container Cool Whip® Free whipped topping, thawed
  • Optional Garnishes:
  • Cool Whip® Free Topping
  • fresh lime zest

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in key lime yogurt with wire whisk.
  3. Next, fold in whipped topping.
  4. Stir mixture well and spread evenly onto crust.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  6. Top with Cool Whip Free and freshly grated lime zest.
