Homemade Blueberry Baby Food

Ingredients

  • ½ pint of blueberries (you can use fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add blueberries and simmer for 15 minutes or until soft. If using frozen blueberries it may take longer than 15 minutes.
  3. Reserve liquid and use a slotted spoon to transfer blueberries to food processor or blender and puree.
  4. To reach desired consistency add some of the liquid from the blueberries or add a little cereal to thicken. (You can save the blueberry liquid and serve as juice or use in cereals).
