One of my most favorite foods in life is Chocolate. Of course, being an NFL Cheerleader and loving Chocolate is probably not the best combination! But…everything in moderation, right? I wanted to share with you a recipe I ran across at a summer get together that I think you are going to love! It’s called Chocomole! Chocolate plus guacamole, Chocomole! It makes a wonderful appetizer or dessert. Not only does it include chocolate, but its combined with avacados to add nutrition and a creamy, rich texture you are going to love. Serve it with baked Tortilla Chips for a sweet and salty flavor, or for something more rich tasting, scoop Chocomole with Graham Crackers or simply scoop into small cups like a pudding.
Ingredients
- 6 Ripe Avocados (peel and cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup Carob Chips (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 2-4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2/3 cup Agave Syrup or Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Mash Avocados until soft and smooth (can use a food processor for extra smooth texture). Melt Carob Chips in microwave. Pour Carob Chips over Avocados then stir in Cocoa Powder and Agave or Maple Syrup. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Sorry… spell freak… correct spelling is avocados
You are awesome! Thank you!
