Skinny Watermelon Martinis

Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon cubes, remove seeds + rind
  • 1 cup watermelon flavored vodka*
  • 6 Tbsp lime juice
  • 4 Tbsp reduced-sugar orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp Stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • *(if you are not using alcohol, add an additional 2 Tbsp reduced-sugar orange juice)

Instructions

  1. Place watermelon in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Next add in vodka, lime juice, OJ, and Stevia and blend well with 1/2 cup ice cubes.
  3. Pour watermelon mixture evenly into 6 martini glasses or other glasses. Garnish with a watermelon slice.
