First and foremost, reduce your salt intake. Try to use spices instead. I try to really avoid salt during this time.
Secondly, you should also avoid alcohol!
Thirdly, stay away from the caffeine. Try decaffeinated!
Load up on fruits, veggies, nuts, and whole grains.
Increase your calcium to 1,200mg a day, which should be 200mg more than RDA. If you cannot obtain that number with food, consider a calcium supplement.
Lastly, exercise it off! Increase your cardio during these days to sweat out that water you are retaining as well as lift your moo
