It’s November, which means the holidays are already upon us and Thanksgiving is right around the corner! I know all of you who like to cook healthy will be looking for healthier recipes to prepare for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and for other holiday gatherings so I thought that it would be helpful to put together several of my favorite recipes into a cookbook for the holidays. While I fully admit that I am not a trained chef but rather just a busy mom who loves to cook healthy, I think you are going to be pleasantly surprised by how easy and delicious these recipes are and every recipe is on the lighter side.
