Skinny Egg Nog

There is something about a good cup of egg nog that puts me into the Christmas spirit, especially when the eggnog is on the lighter side.  This recipe for Skinny Eggnog is super easy to make  and all you really need is a box of vanilla pudding mix.  Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your liking and you can use sugar, although the nutritional info will change.  This recipe is also great for adding your favorite bourbon or rum, but again, the nutritional info will change.  Enjoy!

Skinny Mom Fact: A one cup serving of traditional eggnog can pack in over 350 calories!  Can you say Skinny Eggnog, please?

I am sipping your recipe now. I like it better warmed, but just a personal preference. Quite sweet just with using the sugar free pudding mix and leaving out the Splenda.
