Skinny Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

This recipe for a Skinny Cream Cheese Pie should come with a warning!  Not only is it my favorite dessert recipe that I have ever made but it is so addicting that if you are not careful, your one piece of pie turns into two pieces then three pieces and before you know it, the pie is gone.  It is seriously that good and the best part about this pie is it is really simple.  All you need is a few ingredients and you are on your way to serving up a tasty dessert that won’t hurt your waistline. I should also mention that the chocolate sprinkles that you see on top are optional and I did not count them into the nutritional information.

Skinny Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Keebler Readycrust reduced-fat graham cracker crust
  • 1 box Jello Sugar-Free Fat-Free pudding
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 3 ounce 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp Splenda
  • 2 cups Cool Whip Free

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix chocolate pudding mix with 3/4 cup skim milk. Using a metal whisk, stir for 1-2 minutes until pudding mixture starts to thicken.
  2. Transfer pudding mixture into graham cracker crust and place in refrigerator for one hour.
  3. For topping, using a stand up mixer, mix cream cheese, Cool Whip Free, and Splenda on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Top chocolate pie with cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for an additional 1-2 hours until pie has set. As an optional garnish top pie with a few chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
