Here is a great tasting and quick recipe for a sweet dessert that you can enjoy without feeling guilty or sabotaging your dieting efforts!  The base of this recipe is a Vitalicious Vitatop.  You can find these Vitatops in your freezer section at your grocery store and they come in an assortment of flavors.  You can substitute any flavor that you choose.  I love the deep chocolate flavor so much that I have yet to try out any of the other flavors.  Enjoy!

Skinny Whoopie Pie

Yield: 1 pie

Serving size: 1 pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Deep Chocolate VitaTops®
  • 1 Tbsp Cool Whip® Free

Instructions

  1. Slice Vitatop in half length wise. You will have a bottom and a top of the Vitatop®.
  2. Spoon thawed Cool Whip® Free on bottom of Vitatop® and place top half of Vitatop® on Cool Whip® Free making the whoopie pie.
  3. Place whoopie pie in freezer for 2-3 hours until frozen.
