Healthy Mocha Popsicles

If you love fatty sugary coffee drinks, you’d appreciate this simple homemade mocha popsicle, because it can satisfy the sugar, the chocolate and the coffee cravings all at once. If you like this recipe try my cocoa nibs peanut butter smoothie, too.

Healthy Mocha Popsicles

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 3 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the cocoa powder into the coffee.
  2. Open the can of coconut milk. Gently scoop the creamy part of the milk, leaving the watery part on the bottom of the can.
  3. Add the milk to the coffee and cocoa mixture.
  4. Mix well and add stevia to taste.
  5. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 8 hours.
