Protein shakes are a great way to sneak in a little extra protein and meet your daily protein requirements. I like to play around with ingredients and whip up a different shake each time. No matter the concoction I come up with though, one thing is always in there….two BIG handfuls of fresh spinach!! Trust me, besides turning the shake a little green, you would never know it’s in there. It’s also a GREAT way to sneak some extra greens into your kids.
