On hot days like today here in Chicago (100 degrees!) it seems only natural to reach for something cold! But of course, on a Thursday, during the day, while taking care of a child, it may be frowned upon to indulge in an alcoholic beverage or two. Also, since we are all trying to lead healthy lifestyles and lead by example for our future generations, ice cream sundaes and sugary milkshakes are not the best options either. Since it was way too hot and humid outside for me to walk to the store or local frozen yogurt shop with my son, I had to keep cool inside and make use of what was in the house. For some reason, I had this mean craving for Yogen Fruz on Taylor street, so I decided to make my own frozen yogurt! That’s right folks! Try it out!
