Who saw Hannah Storm on the ESPYs Wednesday night? She looked absolutely amazing!! For those of you who don’t know her, Hannah Storm is a television sports journalist, serving as ESPN’s SportsCenter co-anchor. While Hannah is well versed and informed in the top news in sports, most of us are distracted (…well at least I am!) from her credited stories by her lean, toned, gorgeous bod. To find out how she works her sculpted muscles, I’ve called upon Sara Dimmick, founder and head personal trainer of Physical Equilibrium, a fitness boutique in NYC that combines a variety of high-quality fitness programs and nutritional services.

Aside from training Hannah Storm, Sara has served as a fitness expert for online, print, and television outlets numerous times, including Fox 5’s Good Day New York, Shape Magazine, Self Magazine, Social Workout, Healthy and Fit Magazine, and more.  She is certified as a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist from the American Academy of Health, Fitness & Rehab Professionals (AAHFRP) and is a USA Triathlon Coach.

With that background, I’m thrilled she’s worked with Skinny Mom to share the exact workout she put Hannah through to help her get that long, lean muscle tone. When asked about training Hannah, Sara shared, “Hannah was always open to all sorts of exercise activities and she loved how I mixed up her workout routines to keep things fresh and exciting.  I used a lot of functional equipment like the Bosu Ball, bands, and medicine balls.” In creating The Hannah Storm workout, Sara provided some fantastic upper body moves that stretch, strengthen, and help prevent injuries.
