Skinny Walnut Brownies

Try this quick and easy two ingredient brownie recipe.  All you need is a can of pumpkin and a simple low fat brownie mix.  Use your creativity to add in walnuts, pecans, or mini chocolate chips for a lighter take on brownies that are rich in chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 box low fat brownie mix
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Add brownie mix, pumpkin, and walnuts into a bowl and stir until mixed.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

    I’ve made these before. It’s a cross between fudge and brownies. So yummy! Refridgerate the leftover…if there is any. The pumpkin will spoil if you don’t.
