Recipe Index : Seafood Recipe: Sweet Jalapeño Salmon by Skinny Mom Team | July 27, 2012 Shares PinterestShare Link: PrintSweet Jalapeño Salmon Yield: 4 ServingsIngredients4 — 6oz fresh salmon fillets ¼ cup honey ¼ cup lime juice ¼ cup chopped Jalapeño peppers 1 tsp chili powder ¼ tsp cumin ¼ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp saltInstructionsIn a small saucepan, over medium heat, bring honey, lime juice, and Jalapeño peppers to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer mixture for 10 minutes. Wash and pat dry salmon fillets. In a small bowl, add black pepper, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Use a spoon to mix all spices together. Rub spice mixture onto both sides of salmon fillets. Place salmon fillets onto a hot grill pan over medium heat and cook for 4-5 minutes on both sides. Brush salmon fillets with honey and lime juice mixture several times while cooking.
