I am always looking for new, interesting, and challenging workout DVDs. As a busy mom, I never have time to go to the gym, therefore workout DVDs, a mat, and my hand weights are my gym.  I had the opportunity to try out the Cardio and Strength 28 Day Boot Camp with Coach Nicole for the last 7 days. I love that there are 12, 20 or 30 minute segments to choose from if you don’t have much time to spare. Otherwise, I can do the entire time for a great workout that tones my body from head-to-toe!

Coach Nicole’s cardio and circuit training will burn fat in less time, and it has three intensity levels to choose from!  I have been doing workout DVDs for years and was happy to see some exercise combinations I’ve never seen before.  It is great to change things up every now and then.  I plan to continue these workouts for the entire 28 days and then some! Plus it includes some yummy sample recipes from The SparkPeople Cookbook: Love Your Food, Lose The Weight. I recommend grabbing your mat and hand weights and get ready for an awesome total body toning and fat-burning workout.
