Ingredients
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup large flake oats
- 1 tbs gr flax
- cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pure canned pumpkin
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1tbs toasted pecans (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare first 3 ingredients in a bowl with enough boiling water too cover oats
- 2. Stir and place a plate over top
- 3. Once set (about 5 -7 mins), stir in pumpkin and protein powder, top with toasted pecans.
Nutrition Info and Tips
Really good with a spoonful of greek yogurt on top, drizzled with real maple syrup!
