What impressed me the most about the LÄRABAR is they are made out of 100% natural ingredients. Their philosophy being “Simple. Pure. Delicious.” firmly believing that the foundation of a healthy mind, body and spirit is derived from what you eat. And what you eat is healthiest and most satisfying when it’s in a whole, natural state.
I LOVE that the LÄRABAR has a short and simple ingredient list, each bar contains between 2-9 ingredients. You know exactly what is in each bar, no hidden fillers, preservatives or colorings, and nothing that you can’t pronounce. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free, (with the exceptions to flavors that contain chocolate chips) as well as vegan, and kosher. Making the LÄRABAR suitable for people with food sensitivities and allergies.
I like that the LÄRABAR flavors are unique, giving you lots of options to choose from. Here is the list of the ones I got to sample -
- Cherry – with a tart cherry sweetness.
- Apple - leaves you feeling like you just ate a slice of apple pie
- Cocoa Coconut – which would satisfy ANY chocolate craving
- Cashew -a much milder bar, not as sweet as the others, but still yummy
- Peanut Butter – Mmmmm it contains peanut butter, enough said
- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip – again peanut butter with chocolate = the PERFECT combination if you ask me!!
There wasn’t one bar that I didn’t like!! They are PERFECT to keep in the vehicle for those “on the go” snacks. If you have been looking for a quick, healthy snack to give your kids that will also give them lasting energy, I highly recommend the LÄRABAR.
