Mmmm did someone say PIE??? What if I said you could have Apple Pie A la Mode every single day. Well guess what – with this recipe YOU CAN and I promise, it is just like the REAL THING!!
Ingredients
- 1 chopped apple (I leave the skin on for extra fiber)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- large handful of ice
- 1 Tbsp raw walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with a little cinnamon and a few chopped walnuts.
