Avocado plus tuna equals a match made in heaven! This combination has turned into one of my  favorite lunches lately. The perfect balance of  complex carbs, protein and healthy fats also keep me full and satisfied for hours!

Avocado Tuna Wrap

Prep time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 servings

Serving size: 1 wrap


  • 1/2 cup Starkist Chunk Light Tuna (in water)
  • 1/3 of whole avocado
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 whole grain tortilla


  1. Place drained tuna and avocado in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Spread on whole grain wrap.
  4. Top with spinach.
  5. Roll wrap.
