I can’t tell you how excited I am that fall produce flavors are coming back in season. During this time of year, I try to infuse pumpkin spice in as many recipes as possible. The creamy texture of banana and pumpkin blend beautifully in this smoothie recipe. Servings: 1 smoothie
Prep Time: < 5 minutes

  • ½ cup pumpkin
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup skim fat-free milk
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ Tbsp stevia or brown sugar
  • ¼  tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ crushed ice

Blend all ingredients together for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
