This breakfast is a totally delicious way to start the new year, or really any new day! Naturally Ella mixes her oats with earthy hazelnuts that balance with tart cranberry and orange zest, sweet maple syrup, and just a bit of spice from the cardamom. No cardamom in your spice cabinet? No problem! Just sub in ginger and this breakfast will be just as perfect! This is a great one to make ahead and eat throughout the week! It stores well for about a week!
