skinny mom slow cooker beer chicken on a plate

Get ready for your hubby’s new favorite dish. This chicken is slow cooked with beer for hours, and when it’s done, the moist and full flavor is out of this world good. I love this chicken for a busy school night served with our skinny slaw, green beans or skinny chipotle mashed potatoes.

Don’t worry about using the beer as you can’t even taste it and it won’t be harmful to the kiddos. Feel free to swap out other seasonings and use a different variation of beer.  I recommend using a hard apple cider beer like Wood Chuck because the flavor is to die for.
