PinterestShare Link: PinterestShare Link: PinterestShare Link: PinterestShare Link: PrintAmerican Star Fruit Pizza Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10-12 minutes Yield: 8 servings Serving size: ⅛ of fruit pieIngredientsCrust: ½ cup Blue Bonnet® Light Butter Stick, softened ¼ cup powdered sugar 1 cup flour Icing: 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened ½ cup Stevia® (or your favorite sweetener) ½ tsp vanilla Toppings: 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh raspberries, halved (or strawberries) Miscellaneous: parchment paper star cutout InstructionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Line parchment paper over a 9" x 9" inch pie dish. Evenly spread the cookie dough over the bottom of the dish. Place pie dish in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until done. Make sure not to over cook. In a medium size bowl, beat cream cheese and Stevia® with a spatula until well mixed. Remove cookie crust from oven and allow to cool completely. Using the parchment paper, carefully remove the cookie crust and transfer to plate. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cookie. Lightly place the star cutout in the center of the cookie. Add blueberries to exposed cream cheese. Remove the star and fill star with raspberries.
