Ashley Belle first entered into the mommy scene in March of 2010 with the birth of her daughter Lena Belle. The sequel, Parker Scott, followed shortly after in August of 2011. Being a full time mommy and wife keeps her busy, but when she’s not fending off monsters under the bed, or singing the potty song she caters to her passion for the arts by getting involved in community projects such as the non-profit NMCChorus. Growing up in dance and theatre, weight and overall fitness never seemed to be an “issue”. After the birth of her son, however, the pounds just decided to hang around. She heard about a nutritional supplement called Zija from family, and decided to give the “moringa miracle” a chance. Through the help of Zija, and a minor exercise routine she was able to lose the 25 pounds she had held on to in 3 months! This sparked a passion for health and fitness in her . Ashley recently checked one off the “bucket list” by signing up for her first 5k through the “From Couch to 5k” challenge. She can’t wait to share this exciting journey with all of you.
