Tracy Brown is a very busy, active full time mom - full time in every sense of the word! She works hard, she plays hard, and manages to keep a balance to run a happy, healthy household with her husband Jason and two grown sons. Jason Jr is 18 and a freshman at Penn State! Nicky is a Halloween baby that will turn 15 years old this year, and we can't forget her precious dog, Ruby the Rhodiasian Ridgeback! Once the family is taken care of, she is busy at work as the office manager for a practice that provides hands on therapy for Autistic children. Never a dull moment! Tracy stays active and fit by mixing it up and keeping it fresh. She is an avid runner who loves to hit the streets, but also loves the gym for strength training or boot camp. She also loves to go hiking or hit the slopes on her snowboard. Tracy has many hobbies but most of all, she LOVES spending time with friends and family. This woman knows how to multi-task: family balance, healthy food, staying fit, and looking great! That's what it is ALL about for Downtown Brown.
