My story: I am a wife and mom who finds time to teach yoga, freelance write, and manage a charity's digital platform on the side of my 40-hour workweek. I have been blessed with the opportunity to live in four countries while supporting my husband's athletic and professional dreams. While living a healthy lifestyle, reading and writing about the benefits of something I'm passionate about has become a must. I love sharing my knowledge of yoga, running, weight training, and nutrition with any who will listen.

My favorite fitness product: My Saucony Kinvara running shoes. After switching to these while training for my first half marathon, I'll never go back to another!
If I could train with one person, living or dead, it would be: Marisa Miller. She's a strong, tough Victoria's Secret model. A mom, wife, and sports fan. Who wouldn't want to train with her?
My favorite skinny recipe: I'm a huge fan of the Shredded Brussel Sprouts Salad.
If I could eat one food as often as I wanted without worry, it would be: Cheeseburgers are my go-to. But, I can finish an entire boat of sushi on my own.
Three things on my bucket list are: 1. Go back to both of the cities I lived in while in Italy to see friends and show my kid(s) where Mom and Dad did some really awesome things. 2. Go on a week long yoga retreat. 3. Go to Ireland.
My celebrity crush is: Gerard Butler, and all his Scottish manliness.
Most played song on my workout playlist: I actually opt out of music during workouts. Channel my inner Taylor Swift "Our song is the pound of pavement, slamming down weights, jumping rope - out- side …" So maybe I'm not a songwriter!
Last thing I read: I finally finished "Allegiant" (Loved!) and currently reading "Reinventing You" by Dorie Clarke.
