Pamela is a new mother to son Roman Maxwell, a personal trainer, and a wife who loves fitness and health and everything in between. She is living her dream helping people become fit, healthy and strong. It is her goal to make fitness and healthy living a part of her everyday life and for those that surround her. She loves sharing tips on healthy living and searching out the latest trends in the fitness, fashion and nutrition worlds. Pam is a graduate of the Kinesiology program at the University of Western Ontario where she played rugby at the varsity level and where she fell in love with the human body and all that it can do. She went on to become a certified personal trainer where she worked at the top fitness institutes in Toronto, Canada and had the opportunity to work alongside the finest trainers watching people transform their lives. Pam leads by example by eating a clean diet (with the occasional mishap), always exploring new recipes in the kitchen or tweaking old ones by adding her own flare. She keeps active by running, weight conditioning, spin classes, hot yoga and hikes with her family which always includes her four legged family member, a black lab named Sonny! She has a bit of a shopping addiction, loves accessories, handbags and makeup...especially bronzer. She loves to read and really just loves spending time with her family and friends which always involves food and wine! Pam loves to learn new things everyday, teach, and inspire others to overcome their fears.
