Lauren Yost is a proud Cincinnatian, a 2010 Miami University grad, a sourcing specialist, part-time sales consultant, wife, and a “Mom on the Run” to 6 year-old son, Cameron and new baby, Jack. Lauren lost 30 pounds since her weight reached its peak following the birth of Cameron by making healthier eating choices as well as following a fitness routine focused on training for races and supplemented with strength training and yoga. Seeing how great of an impact these changes have made to her mental, physical, and emotional health has inspired Lauren to devote some time out of her busy schedule to encouraging other moms to do the same. Her guilty pleasures include dark chocolate, reality TV, and Skinnygirl Margaritas. Her ultimate goals include: completing a full marathon, a triathlon, and pursuing further education in nutrition or physical sciences. Lauren is excited to share her experiences and learn about others’ from the Skinny Mom family!
