Tammy Streich is a certified personal trainer, group fitness leader, fitness competitor, fitness model, and, first and foremost, a wife and mom. She has been involved in the fitness field for over 20 years, holds a BS in Exercise Science with a minor in Marketing, and is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Oklahoma. Tammy has always had a love for fitness, but became more concerned with overall health after her father suffered a stroke at the age of 42. She truly has a passion for a healthy lifestyle. After years of watching her dad struggle with his disabilities, Tammy appreciates having a strong, capable, fit, and healthy mind and body. She truly enjoys helping others reach and exceed their own health and fitness goals. After several years of successfully competing as a Fitness Competitor, Tammy decided to "retire" and focus on starting a family. After years of fertility treatments she had a beautiful daughter at the age of 40. Tammy decided while she was pregnant to set the goal of stepping back on stage in a Fitness Model competition one year after delivery! She recently earned her Pro card with The WBFF as a Fitness Diva Model.
