The Running Mama

Jennifer teaches Exercise Physiology and Anatomy at the National Personal Training Institute where she has been an instructor for six years. She has a two-year-old son and is currently pregnant with her second son. She enjoys all aspects of fitness but mostly running and yoga and is always looking for ways to incorporate her son into her workouts. She also wants to encourage women to remain active during their pregnancies but is sensitive to the fact that it takes a lot of work and a huge commitment to live an active lifestyle. She hopes to share some of the wisdom she has learned from teaching and from mothering to help other women be the best woman, wife, mother or person they can be.
