Easy Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low

Yield: 8 servings

Serving size: 1½ cups


  • 1.5 lbs lean stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb baby bella mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 10 oz can Campbell’s® Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 small onion, diced (about 1 cup)
  • ¾ cup Pacific® Organic Low Sodium Beef Broth
  • 2 Tbsp cooking sherry
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 12 oz dry whole grain egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp parsley to garnish, chopped


  1. Place stew meat, mushrooms, soup, onion, broth, cooking sherry, Worcestershire, garlic, salt and pepper in the slow cooker and stir well.
  2. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
  3. 30 minutes before cooking time is up, cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  4. Once noodles have been cooked and drained, add to slow cooker along with Greek yogurt and stir.
  5. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley.
