    The Shred helped me get back to my pre-baby weight and get back into regular exercise.     I wish I could give this plan more than 5 stars! This plan is truly amazing and I couldn’t believe how easy it was to follow! I started my Shred journey in January 2016 and by the end of April that same year I had lost more than 40 pounds and over 23 inches! I expected it to take me a year or more to reach my goal so I was ecstatic to reach my goal in under four months! I really cannot recommend this plan enough, it has changed my life!

    I love the Shred as it is manageable! I love the food choices and how you’re eating all day. I was a little weary about the portion sizes, but when you’re eating more often, it doesn’t matter as much. I also love how the food/meals are things that we eat anyhow..nothing is off limits (I had burgers one day!) and the stuff is made using ingredients that I can find at all grocery stores, not all natural health food stores that are really expensive. One thing that is great is the maintenance plan. Ideas on how to keep it going even after the shred is over! Love everything about it! 🙂 Thanks, Skinny Mom!! 🙂

    I am the 51-year-old mom of three grown children. Although I thought I ate pretty healthy and lead a fairly active lifestyle I was getting frustrated by my ever burgeoning waistline. 21 day shred was just what I needed to push me back into really thinking about what I was eating and provided the structured guidance to plan my daily food intake. During the first 21 days I lost 9 pounds and 11 and three-quarter inches, mostly around my middle which was where I really needed to lose inches. I am now working through a second 21 day cycle and picking my meal plan based on the recipes I liked the best. I’m being conscious of serving size and calories and I’m continuing to lose weight.
