Shrimp Caesar Salad in bowl with extra salad

This refreshing and light salad is totally craveable! The lemon provides a nice tart flavor that compliments the shrimp perfectly, and the homemade Caesar dressing is so much better for you than store bought dressings. I just may convince you to never buy store bought Caesar again!

This salad is perfect for lunch or dinner, as the fresh flavors are sure to satisfy. My favorite addition to this skinny salad is definitely the roasted pine nuts. Talk about a flavor burst! If you’d like to mix up the shrimp caesar, try topping this salad with our skinny blackened salmon!
