Add spice mixture to ground beef and using clean hands, mix spices with ground beef and shape ground beef to form 4 hamburger patties. Grill burgers over medium high heat until cooked to desired doneness. Optional: Top burgers with reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, tomato slices, and/or pickle slices.
