Skinny Coleslaw

  • 14 oz bag coleslaw mix
  • ⅔ cup green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Stevia® (or your favorite sweetener)
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp light ranch dressing
  • 1½ Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. Place cole slaw mix in a large bowl. Add finely chopped green onions to cole slaw mixture and toss to mix.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together Stevia®, light mayonnaise, ranch dressing, white wine vinegar and olive oil. Using a
  3. whisk, mix all the ingredients together to make the dressing. Pour the dressing onto the cole slaw.
  4. Toss to mix dressing and cole slaw together. Make sure to cover the cole slaw evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes before serving.
