Skinny Suppers Cookbook - Weightloss

“Easily the most popular dish I prepared this month! My brother was in town even got to try it! I could have doubled this recipe and still believe every bite would have been eaten. My hard-to-please hubby, who ‘doesn’t eat cream cheese or broccoli’ could not get enough of it, my mom who ‘can’t stand cream cheese’ loved it, and all the kids ate it happily. All this in a dish that cooks while I’m at work – what more could you ask for?”– Marie, Resident Mom, March 2015
