I have to be honest when I tell you that I haven’t always been a big fan of tuna in a can. I can remember when I used to compete in fitness shows, I would try to eat tuna as part of my strict competition diet, and I just never did enjoy it, that is, until now. I wish I could have had this recipe back then!
I made this the other day, and I wanted to eat all four tuna cakes. It was seriously that delicious. I decided to add Old Bay® Seasoning to the cakes because I wanted them to have big flavor. The chipotle mayo sends these tuna cakes over the top. This meal is super simple and so inexpensive, which is the perfect weeknight combo in my house!
