Don’t dread swimsuit season. Skinny Mom and our 14 food and fitness experts are here to slim you down, tone you up and kickstart your healthy summer. We will set you up to show off your favorite bathing suit, not your best coverup. The Slim Down begins May 6 and runs through May 19.

This free, all-digital plan is delivered straight to your inbox. It was based around a woman’s busy schedule, from grocery lists to at-home workouts. If that’s not enough of an incentive to get fit, there’s a chance to win a $500 cash prize and other prize packs.
Here’s what you will receive each day – beginning MAY 5: (*note: challenge begins on May 6, however you will get your daily email one day prior for planning purposes)

  • A full day’s worth of meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks

Don’t worry about the meal prep. You will receive two grocery lists, one for each week of the plan. You will get the Week 1 grocery list and preview of meals on May 2 (challenge begins May 6.) You will get Week 2 grocery list and preview of  meals on May 8. So, you can do all your shopping (and even cooking if need be) prior to that day’s plan.
