Seated Shoulder Press Machine: Although this machine claims to sculpt your shoulders and triceps, it can actually do more harm than good. This machine is notorious for causing shoulder issues by putting too much stress on the joints and placing the shoulders in positions making them vulnerable to injury. Seated Leg Press Machine: Sculpting sexy legs is key to fitting into those summer shorts, but this machine is not the way to get the job done. In fact, the leg press machine can actually put stress on the spine causing pain in the low back. To thin those thighs and get that booty popping, try body-weight squats instead. Use a weighted medicine ball, free weights or even a kettlebell to add some resistance to your squat.
