Salad dressings and many other condiments are diet killers! I have saved countless calories by making my own salad dressings and packing for on the go meals or keeping stock of them in my fridge! They are super easy to make, inexpensive, and taste great!

Balsamic, Olive Oil, & Italian Seasonings

  • 1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • Dash of kosher salt
  • Dash of ground black pepper

Garlic, Canola Oil & Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 1.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ground mustard seed

Strawberry Vinaigrette

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries quartered
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp of dried tarragon

Basil Vinaigrette

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp of honey

Almond Oil

  • ½ cup Almond oil
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • Dash of kosher salt
  • Dash of ground black pepper

Avocado Oil

  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp sweet basil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp ground mustard seed
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
