We’d all love to have the ideal morning: never having to hit snooze, hop out of bed early, brew a pot of coffee and cook a substantial breakfast. But for those of us that take advantage of that snooze button, and hit it about seven times, breakfast is no longer an option. We have to remember how important breakfast is. It starts your metabolism off on the right foot, first thing in the morning (key to staying lean and fit).
