Many years ago, I learned the most amazing trick to eating the appropriate amount of Macro-nutrients by just using my hands! I have my books from college stashed away so I had to peruse the internet for a visual. I found this on the Weight Watchers website and it’s exactly what I learned in school. There are a couple of other ways out there, but I feel that since you always have your hand(s) with you, why not use this for a visual?!
