Instant Mug o’ Mac & Cheese from Babble: Shocking right? Probably not. Mac n’ cheese is already easy to make as it is in the classic box form. The great thing about this recipe is that it prevents you from over eating! It’s one serving for a quick bite. Again, you can use some swaps here. Choose a wheat noodle and use less cheese or nonfat cheese. However, nonfat cheese does take some time to melt.

 from St. Louis Post Dispatch: Again, this eliminates the need to binge on your snacks. You can have your chips and dip without feeling bad because you are eating the appropriate amount. Lemon blueberry muffins are so delicious, but I’m excited to try this orange zest and nutmeg combination. Oh and it only takes a minute to cook.
