4. 2 Minute French Toast In A Cup: This recipe calls for you to choose your own bread based on your preference. If you like your toast super soft and gooey, go for a sliced bagged bread. I like mine slightly crispy, so I opted for a multi-grain baguette. You can get away with all purpose flour, because you only need one tablespoon–yup, only one tablespoon. I seriously cannot get enough of this icing! 8. 2 Minute Chocolate Salted Caramel Mug Cake: I know this sounds too good to be true and unfortunately it is…slightly. To really make this a perfect, single serving dessert without the guilt you will have to make some skinny swaps. Try using unsweetened applesauce or canned pumpkin instead of the vegetable oil. You can also use egg whites or substitute instead of the whole egg (70 calories, 5 grams of fat) and swap out that all-purpose flour for some whole wheat flour. (via Babble)
