ok so I didn’t do any measurements over the weekend due to my bad diet for my blog regarding the brazilian butt lift. So, here they are on Friday.

For those of you new to this blog…I am trialing Brazilian Butt lift for four weeks in my quest to regain the rear end of my 20’s.  My goal to get into my skinny jeans (which I dried and are too tight)…so this week I can tell you that the jeans zip and are a bit looser.  They are not appropriate for public viewing but I can get them on.  I have lost a little less than a 1/4 inch on my thighs and my rear appears rounder.

Since I don’t have a scale and measurements freak me out…let me give you the low down.  My butt and legs are sore.  My abs were sore from the abs video.  It has been great to do a video versus going to the gym because the kids are on summer break and I can fit it in…I am still doing my regular cardio and weights routine.  So, after a little less than two weeks I would say it is working. I won’t have a 20 yr olds rearend in 4 weeks but I am pretty certain it will be a bit more perky and hopefully a lot less flabby.
