Don’t drink your calories if you are trying to watch your caloric intake this holiday. Period.  Say no to the egg nog, dark colored mixed drinks, and the lattes!  Stick to clear colored liquor and mix with diet soda or sugar-free juices.  When it comes to egg nog, make your own!  Go for skinny lattes if possible and when it comes to beer, always drink a light/low carb option.Your average Christmas Ales run between 230-300 calories per beer. Cider is around 200-220. Yowza!

Day 10 Skinny Workout:

Complete each move as many times as you can in a 1 minute period and then move directly to the next move, no rest. Rest for the 5th minute, then repeat sequence 3 more times for a 20 total minute workout!
