Enjoy the alone time!  Continue to go to the gym or your fave fitness class all the way up until the end of the year.  Sure, there will be lots of people who take a “break” over the holidays. But stick it out and enjoy the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the gym without the crowd.  This is especially great to de-stress from the hustle and bustle of the holidays. So, take advantage of this time now, because after the 1st of the year, the gym will no longer be a sanctuary. Day 11 Skinny Workout:

Complete each move as many times as you can in a 1 minute period and then move directly to the next move, no rest. Rest for the 5th minute, then repeat sequence 3 more times for a 20 total minute workout!

SKINNY WORKOUT:

1.) 4 Corner Box Jumps

2.) Jumping Jacks

3.) Weighted Squats

4.) Mountain Climbers

5.) rest
