Stretching before bed can lead to a better rest. As much caffeine as you cut out, TV you watch, or book you read…your mind AND body relax best together. That’s the key to yoga: it’s both. These stretches will focus on your breathing, which will increase your oxygen levels, slow down the blood flow and calm your nervous system.
Complete each move as many times as you can in a 1 minute period and then move directly to the next move, no rest. Rest for the 5th minute, then repeat sequence 3 more times for a 20 total minute workout!
